CAPITULO I.- DENOMINACIÓN, DOMICILIO, ÁMBITO, FINES Y ACTIVIDADES

Art. 2º Personalidad Jurídica

Art. 3º Domicilio y ámbito de actuación
El domicilio de la Asociación se establece en BENITATXELL/ BENITACHELL, Calle Magnolias, 143, Urbanización Cumbre del Sol, código postal 03726.
La Asociación realizará principalmente sus actividades en el ámbito territorial de España, así como en Europa y el resto del mundo.
Art. 4º Fines
Constituyen los fines de la Asociación:
Los elefantes encabezan la lista de especies animales amenazadas en el mundo. Si no les ayudamos a sobrevivir, pronto se extinguirán.
Se estima que sólo unos 400.000 elefantes siguen vivos, 30.000 de ellos en Asia. Por el codiciado marfil, 30.000 elefantes son sacrificados cada año. El comercio de animales vivos con animales jóvenes, la caza de trofeos y el aumento de los conflictos entre humanos y animales constituyen una amenaza. No debemos permitir que esto ocurra.
Al menos 10.000 elefantes viven sus vidas en cautiverio. Durante horas se utilizan en condiciones de vida catastróficas (encadenados, sin apenas sombra, poca agua…) para fines turísticos y religiosos en espectáculos, circos, zoológicos.
Para entrenar a los elefantes, se les arrebata a sus madres cuando son bebés. Solos y encadenados, sin comida, son golpeados, pateados y torturados durante días hasta que se rompe su voluntad. Muchos no sobreviven a esta prueba.
Su nuevo compañero es el Bull Hook – el gancho de hierro puntiagudo. Así, el hombre mantiene el control sobre el elefante, lo que se puede observar en las orejas rasgadas y en las numerosas cicatrices de los animales maltratados.
Mucha gente no lo sabe. Por lo tanto, NOSOTROS tenemos que informar a la gente – tenemos que explicarles qué hay detrás del turismo de elefantes, qué tienen que soportar los animales, a qué tortura están expuestos.
Los elefantes son animales muy inteligentes y se parecen a los humanos en su comportamiento y en sus emociones. Art.5º Actividades
Para el cumplimiento de los fines enumerados en el artículo anterior, se realizarán las siguientes actividades:
Para ello damos conferencias, por ejemplo, en escuelas y otras instituciones públicas – mostramos la realidad a menudo brutal, pero también cómo se puede apoyar el incipiente cambio de conciencia en Asia – con nuestros propios documentales de cine y fotografía.
En los stands informativos de las ferias adecuadas, proporcionamos información y mostramos lo que cada uno puede hacer, cómo cada uno puede ayudar.
Animamos a los niños y a los adultos a asumir la responsabilidad de un elefante, por ejemplo, a través del apadrinamiento de un elefante. Para esto damos actualizaciones regulares por correo, para que los padrinos también puedan experimentar la vida de su protegido, puede seguir (también por videos en vivo en Facebook).
Proporcionamos material didáctico preparado pedagógicamente para el tratamiento del tema en clase para su descarga gratuita y estamos encantados de asesorar a los profesores.
Para los viajeros, en nuestra página web sólo nos referimos a los campamentos en los que los elefantes son tratados de forma adecuada y que también pueden ser experimentados en vivo. También proporcionamos volantes para este propósito.

NOSOTROS sólo apoyamos proyectos que garanticen la protección de las especies y que sean amigables con los elefantes y que nos conozcamos a nosotros mismos.
CAPITULO II.- PERSONAS ASOCIADAS
Art. 6º Capacidad
Podrán formar parte de la Asociación todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que, libre y voluntariamente, tengan interés en el desarrollo de los fines de la asociación con arreglo a los siguientes principios:
Las personas físicas con capacidad de obrar y que no están sujetas a ninguna condición legal para el ejercicio del derecho.
Los menores no emancipados de más de catorce años de edad deben contar con el consentimiento documentalmente acreditado, de las personas que deban suplir su capacidad.
Las personas jurídicas, previo acuerdo expreso de su órgano competente.
Deberán presentar una solicitud por escrito al órgano de representación, y éste resolverá en la primera reunión que celebre; si el solicitante se ajusta a las condiciones exigidas en los estatutos, el órgano de representación no le podrá denegar la admisión.
La condición de persona asociada es intransmisible.
Art. 7º Derechos de las personas asociadas
Los derechos que corresponden a las personas asociadas son los siguientes:
A participar en las actividades de la Asociación y en los órganos de gobierno y representación, a ejercer el derecho de voto, así como a asistir a la Asamblea General, de acuerdo con los Estatutos. Para poder ser miembro de los órganos de representación es requisito imprescindible ser mayor de edad, estar en pleno uso de los derechos civiles y no estar incurso en los motivos de incompatibilidad establecidos en la legislación vigente.
A ser informadas acerca de la composición de los órganos de gobierno y representación de la Asociación, de su estado de cuentas y del desarrollo de su actividad. Podrán acceder a toda la información a través de los órganos de representación.
A ser oídas con carácter previo a la adopción de medidas disciplinarias contra ellos y a ser informado de los hechos que den lugar a tales medidas, debiendo ser motivado el acuerdo que, en su caso, imponga la sanción.
A impugnar los acuerdos de los órganos de la Asociación que estime contrarios a la Ley o a los Estatutos.
A conocer los Estatutos y los reglamentos y normas de funcionamiento aprobados por los órganos de la Asociación. Asimismo, tendrán derecho a que se les facilite copia de los Estatutos vigentes y del Reglamento de Régimen Interno de la Asociación, si existiese.

Son causa de baja en la Asociación:
La propia voluntad del interesado/a, comunicada por escrito a los órganos de representación.
A partir de 2 cuotas no satisfechas será motivo de baja.

CAPITULO III.- EL ÓRGANO DE GOBIERNO
Art. 11º La Asamblea General
La Asamblea General es el órgano supremo de gobierno de la Asociación, integrado por todas las personas asociadas por derecho propio irrenunciable y en igualdad absoluta, que adopta sus acuerdos por el principio mayoritario o de democracia interna.
Todos los miembros quedarán sujetos a los acuerdos de la Asamblea General, incluso los ausentes, los disidentes y los que aún estando presentes se hayan abstenido de votar.
Art. 12º Reuniones de la Asamblea
La Asamblea General se reunirá en sesión ordinaria como mínimo una vez al año, en el PRIMER trimestre.
La modalidad de la reunión podrá ser: Presencial, por Skype o videoconferencia.
La Asamblea General se reunirá con carácter extraordinario siempre que sea necesario, a requerimiento de un número de personas asociadas que represente, como mínimo, un diez por ciento de la totalidad.

CAPITULO IV.- EL ÓRGANO DE REPRESENTACIÓN
Art. 15º Composición del órgano de representación
La Asociación la regirá, administrará y representará el órgano de representación denominado JUNTA DIRECTIVA formado por el/la Presidente/a, Dña. Martina

La elección de los miembros del órgano de representación se hará por sufragio libre y secreto de los miembros de la Asamblea General. Las candidaturas serán abiertas, es decir, cualquier miembro podrá presentarse, siendo requisitos imprescindibles: ser mayor de edad, estar en pleno uso de los derechos civiles y no estar incurso en los motivos de incompatibilidad establecidos en la legislación vigente, resultando elegidos para los cargos de Presidente/a, Secretario/a y Tesorero/a los candidatos que hayan obtenido mayor número de votos y por este orden.
Los cargos de Presidente/a y Secretario/a deben recaer en personas diferentes.

Die Vereinigung wird ihre Aktivitäten hauptsächlich in Spanien, aber auch in Europa und dem Rest der Welt ausüben.
Art. 4 Ziele
Dies sind die Ziele der Vereinigung:
Elefanten stehen auf der Liste der gefährdeten Tierarten der Welt ganz oben. Wenn wir ihnen nicht helfen, zu überleben, werden sie bald ausgestorben sein.
Es leben nur noch schätzungsweise 400.000 Elefanten, davon 30.000 in Asien. Für das begehrte Elfenbein werden jedes Jahr 30.000 Elefanten geschlachtet. Der Lebendtierhandel mit Jungtieren, die Trophäenjagd und zunehmende Konflikte zwischen Mensch und Tier stellen eine Bedrohung dar. Dies dürfen wir nicht zulassen.
Mindestens 10 000 Elefanten verbringen ihr Leben in Gefangenschaft. Stundenlang werden sie unter katastrophalen Lebensbedingungen (angekettet, kaum Schatten, wenig Wasser…) für touristische und religiöse Zwecke in Shows, Zirkussen und Zoos eingesetzt.
Um Elefanten zu trainieren, werden sie ihren Müttern weggenommen, wenn sie noch Babys sind. Allein und angekettet, ohne Nahrung, werden sie tagelang geschlagen, getreten und gefoltert, bis ihr Wille gebrochen ist. Viele überleben diese Tortur nicht.
Ihr neuer Begleiter ist der Bull Hook – der spitze Eisenhaken. So behält der Mensch die Kontrolle über den Elefanten, was an den abgerissenen Ohren und zahlreichen Narben der misshandelten Tiere zu erkennen ist.
Viele Menschen wissen das nicht. Deshalb müssen WIR die Menschen informieren – wir müssen ihnen erklären, was hinter dem Elefantentourismus steckt, was die Tiere ertragen müssen, welchen Qualen sie ausgesetzt sind.
Elefanten sind sehr intelligente Tiere und ähneln in ihrem Verhalten und ihren Gefühlen dem Menschen. Die Erde braucht Elefanten als Gärtner für die Verteilung von Saatgut und die Rodung von Wäldern. Wenn es keine Elefanten mehr gibt, nimmt die Artenvielfalt ab. Wir müssen auch auf dieses Problem hinweisen.
Und WIR müssen vor allem unsere Jugendlichen und Kinder – als Hüter ihrer Zukunft – dafür sensibilisieren, diese Verantwortung auf ihre Schultern zu nehmen.
Art. 5 Aktivitäten
Zur Verwirklichung der im vorstehenden Artikel genannten Ziele werden die folgenden Aktivitäten durchgeführt:
Dazu halten wir Vorträge, z.B. in Schulen und anderen öffentlichen Einrichtungen – wir zeigen die oft brutale Realität, aber auch wie der beginnende Bewusstseinswandel in Asien unterstützt werden kann – mit eigenen Film- und Fotodokumentationen.
An Informationsständen auf entsprechenden Messen geben wir Auskunft und zeigen, was jeder tun kann, wie jeder helfen kann.
Wir ermutigen Kinder und Erwachsene, Verantwortung für einen Elefanten zu übernehmen, zum Beispiel durch eine Elefantenpatenschaft. Hierzu geben wir regelmäßig Updates per Mail, so dass auch die Paten das Leben ihres Schützlings miterleben können (auch durch Live-Videos auf Facebook).
Wir stellen pädagogisch aufbereitetes Unterrichtsmaterial für die Behandlung des Themas im Unterricht zum kostenlosen Download zur Verfügung und beraten Lehrkräfte gerne.
Für Reisende verweisen wir auf unserer Website nur auf Camps, in denen Elefanten angemessen behandelt werden und auch live erlebt werden können. Zu diesem Zweck stellen wir auch Flugblätter zur Verfügung.

Auf diese Weise sichern wir ihr Überleben.
WIR unterstützen nur Projekte, die den Artenschutz gewährleisten und die elefantenfreundlich sind und die wir selbst kennen.
KAPITEL II. – ASSOZIIERTE PERSONEN
Art. 6 Kapazität
Dem Verein können alle natürlichen und juristischen Personen angehören, die aus freien Stücken und auf freiwilliger Basis ein Interesse an der Verwirklichung des Vereinszwecks nach Maßgabe der folgenden Grundsätze haben:
(a) Natürliche Personen, die handlungsfähig sind und die keiner rechtlichen Bedingung für die Ausübung des Rechts unterliegen.
b) Unmündige Minderjährige über vierzehn Jahre müssen die dokumentierte Zustimmung der Personen haben, die ihre Geschäftsfähigkeit ersetzen müssen.
c) Juristische Personen, vorbehaltlich der ausdrücklichen Zustimmung ihres zuständigen Organs.
Sie müssen einen schriftlichen Antrag an die Vertretungskörperschaft stellen, über den diese in ihrer ersten Sitzung entscheidet; wenn der Antragsteller die in der Satzung geforderten Voraussetzungen erfüllt, darf die Vertretungskörperschaft die Aufnahme nicht verweigern.
Die Mitgliedschaft ist nicht übertragbar.
Art. 7 Rechte der Mitglieder des Vereins
Die Rechte, die den Associates entsprechen, sind die folgenden:
a) An den Aktivitäten des Vereins und in den leitenden und repräsentativen Organen teilzunehmen, das Stimmrecht auszuüben sowie an der Generalversammlung teilzunehmen, in Übereinstimmung mit den Statuten. Um Mitglied der Vertretungsorgane zu sein, ist es eine wesentliche Voraussetzung, volljährig zu sein, im vollen Besitz der bürgerlichen Rechte zu sein und nicht unter die in der geltenden Gesetzgebung festgelegten Unvereinbarkeitsgründe zu fallen.
b) sich über die Zusammensetzung der Leitungs- und Vertretungsorgane des Vereins, seinen Rechnungsstand und die Entwicklung seiner Tätigkeit zu informieren. Sie haben über die Vertretungsorgane Zugang zu allen Informationen.
c) vor der Verhängung von Disziplinarmaßnahmen gegen sie angehört zu werden und über die Tatsachen informiert zu werden, die zu solchen Maßnahmen führen, sowie über die Gründe für die Vereinbarung, mit der die Sanktion gegebenenfalls verhängt wird, informiert zu werden.
d) die Anfechtung von Beschlüssen der Vereinsorgane, die sie für gesetzes- oder satzungswidrig halten.
e) Kenntnis der Statuten und der von den Vereinsorganen genehmigten Reglemente und Betriebsordnungen. Ebenso haben sie das Recht, ein Exemplar der aktuellen Satzung und der Geschäftsordnung des Vereins, sofern vorhanden, zu erhalten.
f) Einsicht in die Bücher des Vereins zu nehmen.

Art. 9 Gründe für den Austritt aus der Vereinigung
Es gibt folgende Gründe für den Austritt aus der Vereinigung:
a) Der eigene Wunsch des Betroffenen, der den Vertretungsorganen schriftlich mitgeteilt wird.
b) Die Nichtzahlung von 2 oder mehr Mitgliedsbeiträgen ist ein Grund für den Austritt.

KAPITEL III – DAS VERWALTUNGSORGAN
Art. 11 Die Generalversammlung
Die Generalversammlung ist das oberste Organ der Vereinigung, das sich aus allen Mitgliedern in ihrem unveräußerlichen Recht und in absoluter Gleichheit zusammensetzt und seine Beschlüsse nach dem Prinzip der Mehrheit oder der internen Demokratie fasst.
Alle Mitglieder unterliegen den Beschlüssen der Generalversammlung, auch die abwesenden, die abweichenden und die anwesenden, die sich der Stimme enthalten haben.
Art. 12 Sitzungen der Versammlung
Die Generalversammlung tritt mindestens einmal im Jahr, im ERSTEN Quartal, zu einer ordentlichen Sitzung zusammen.
Die Modalität der Besprechung kann sein: Persönlich, per Skype oder Videokonferenz.
Die Mitgliederversammlung tritt bei Bedarf außerordentlich zusammen, wenn dies von einer Anzahl von Mitgliedern, die mindestens zehn Prozent der Gesamtmitgliederzahl ausmacht, beantragt wird.

The multilingualism of our website – Spanish, English, German – allows us to be active on an international level. In the short term, we also intend to cooperate with the relevant Spanish organisations, such as FAADA.
Through our education, through your financial and/or material donations, WE can help the elephants to get out of the tourism business and finally enjoy a largely species-appropriate life in a loving partnership with their herd, their remaining part of life. This is how we ensure their survival.
WE only support projects that ensure species protection and that are elephant friendly and that we know ourselves.
CHAPTER II.- ASSOCIATED PERSONS
Art. 6 Capacity
Membership of the Association shall be open to all natural and legal persons who, freely and voluntarily, have an interest in the development of the aims of the Association in accordance with the following principles:
a) Natural persons with the capacity to act and who are not subject to any legal condition for the exercise of the right.
b) Unemancipated minors over fourteen years of age must have the documented consent of the persons who must substitute their capacity.
c) Legal persons, subject to the express agreement of their competent body.
They must submit a written application to the representative body, which shall decide at the first meeting it holds; if the applicant meets the conditions required in the statutes, the representative body may not refuse admission.
The status of member is non-transferable.
Art. 7 Rights of members
The rights corresponding to members are as follows:
a) To participate in the activities of the Association and in the governing and representative bodies, to exercise the right to vote, as well as to attend the General Assembly, in accordance with the Statutes. In order to be a member of the representative bodies, it is an essential requirement to be of legal age, to be in full use of one’s civil rights and not to be subject to the grounds for incompatibility established in current legislation.
b) To be informed about the composition of the governing and representative bodies of the Association, its accounts and the development of its activity. They shall have access to all information through the representative bodies.
c) To be heard prior to the adoption of disciplinary measures against them and to be informed of the facts that give rise to such measures, and to be informed of the reasons for the resolution that, where appropriate, imposes the sanction.
d) To challenge the resolutions of the Association’s bodies which they consider to be contrary to the Law or the Articles of Association.
e) To know the Statutes and the regulations and rules of operation approved by the bodies of the Association. Likewise, they shall have the right to be provided with a copy of the current Statutes and of the Association’s Internal Regulations, if any.
f) To consult the books of the Association.

Art. 9. Causes for leaving the Association
The following are causes for leaving the Association:
a) The interested party’s own will, communicated in writing to the representative bodies.
b) After 2 or more unpaid membership fees, the Association shall be cancelled.

CHAPTER III.- THE GOVERNING BODY
Art. 11 The General Assembly
The General Assembly is the supreme governing body of the Association, made up of all members in their own unwaivable right and in absolute equality, which adopts its resolutions by the principle of majority or internal democracy.
All members shall be subject to the resolutions of the General Assembly, including those absent, dissenting and those who, although present, have abstained from voting.
Art. 12 Meetings of the Assembly
The General Assembly shall meet in ordinary session at least once a year, in the FIRST quarter.
The form of the meeting may be: Face-to-face, by Skype or videoconference.
The General Assembly shall meet extraordinarily whenever necessary, at the request of a number of members representing at least ten percent of the total number of members.

CHAPTER IV.- THE REPRESENTATIVE BODY
Art. 15. Composition of the representative body
The Association shall be governed, administered and represented by the representative body known as the BOARD OF DIRECTORS, comprising the President, Ms. Martina SCHICKHOFF, the Board of Directors, and the following members

The election of the members of the representative body shall be by free and secret ballot of the members of the General Assembly. The candidacies will be open, that is to say, any member will be able to present him/herself, being essential requirements: to be of legal age, to be in full use of civil rights and not to be incurs in the reasons of incompatibility established in the legislation in force, being elected for the positions of President, Secretary and Treasurer the candidates who have obtained the highest number of votes and in this order.
The offices of President and Secretary must be held by different persons.
The exercise of the offices shall be free of charge.

CHAPITRE I.- NOM, DOMICILE, CHAMP D’APPLICATION, BUTS ET ACTIVITÉS
Art. 1 Nom
L’Association dénommée ASSOCIATION POUR LA SURVIE DES ELEPHANTS DANS LE MONDE est constituée conformément aux dispositions de la Loi Organique 1/2002, du 22 mars, régissant le droit d’association et de la Loi 14/2008, du 18 novembre, sur les associations de la Communauté de Valence, et sous la protection des dispositions de l’article 22 de la Constitution, sans but lucratif.
Art. 2 Statut juridique
L’Association a une personnalité juridique propre et la pleine capacité d’agir pour administrer et disposer de ses biens et pour réaliser les objectifs qu’elle se propose d’atteindre.
Art. 3 Domicile et champ d’action
L’adresse de l’association est BENITATXELL/ BENITACHELL, Calle Magnolias, 143, Urbanización Cumbre del Sol, code postal 03726.
L’Association exercera principalement ses activités en Espagne, ainsi qu’en Europe et dans le reste du monde.
Art. 4 – Objectifs
Les objectifs de l’Association sont les suivants
Les éléphants sont en tête de la liste des espèces animales menacées dans le monde. Si nous ne les aidons pas à survivre, ils disparaîtront bientôt.
On estime que seuls 400 000 éléphants sont encore en vie, dont 30 000 en Asie. Pour l’ivoire tant convoité, 30 000 éléphants sont massacrés chaque année. Le commerce de jeunes animaux vivants, la chasse aux trophées et l’augmentation des conflits entre l’homme et l’animal constituent une menace. Nous ne devons pas permettre que cela se produise.
Au moins 10 000 éléphants vivent leur vie en captivité. Pendant des heures, ils sont utilisés dans des conditions de vie catastrophiques (enchaînés, avec peu d’ombre, peu d’eau…) à des fins touristiques et religieuses dans des spectacles, des cirques et des zoos.
Pour dresser les éléphants, on les enlève à leur mère lorsqu’ils sont bébés. Seuls et enchaînés, sans nourriture, ils sont battus, frappés et torturés pendant des jours jusqu’à ce que leur volonté soit brisée. Beaucoup ne survivent pas à cette épreuve.
Leur nouveau compagnon est le Bull Hook – le crochet de fer pointu. Ainsi, l’homme garde le contrôle sur l’éléphant, ce qui se voit dans les oreilles arrachées et les nombreuses cicatrices des animaux maltraités.
Beaucoup de gens ne le savent pas. C’est pourquoi nous devons informer les gens – nous devons leur expliquer ce qui se cache derrière le tourisme des éléphants, ce que les animaux doivent endurer, les tortures auxquelles ils sont exposés.
Les éléphants sont des animaux très intelligents et ressemblent aux humains dans leur comportement et leurs émotions. La terre a besoin des éléphants comme jardiniers pour la distribution des semences et le défrichage des forêts. Si les éléphants sont absents, la biodiversité diminue. Il faut également souligner ce problème.
Et NOUS devons sensibiliser en particulier nos jeunes et nos enfants – en tant que gardiens de leur avenir – pour qu’ils prennent cette responsabilité sur leurs épaules.
CHAPITRE II – PERSONNES ASSOCIÉES
Art. 6 Capacité
Peuvent être membres de l’Association toutes les personnes physiques et morales qui, librement et volontairement, s’intéressent au développement des buts de l’Association selon les principes suivants :
a) Les personnes physiques ayant la capacité d’agir et qui ne sont soumises à aucune condition légale pour l’exercice de ce droit.
b) Les mineurs non émancipés de plus de quatorze ans doivent avoir le consentement documenté des personnes qui doivent substituer leur capacité.
c) Les personnes morales, sous réserve de l’accord exprès de leur organe compétent.
Elles doivent présenter une demande écrite à l’organe de représentation, qui statue lors de la première réunion qu’il tient ; si le demandeur remplit les conditions requises par les statuts, l’organe de représentation ne peut refuser l’admission.
La qualité de membre est intransmissible.
Art. 7 Droits des membres
Les droits correspondant aux membres sont les suivants :
a) Participer aux activités de l’association et aux organes de direction et de représentation, exercer le droit de vote, ainsi qu’assister à l’assemblée générale, conformément aux statuts. Pour être membre des organes représentatifs, il est indispensable d’être majeur, d’avoir la pleine jouissance de ses droits civils et de ne pas être soumis aux motifs d’incompatibilité établis dans la législation en vigueur.
b) Être informé de la composition des organes de direction et de représentation de l’Association, de ses comptes et du développement de son activité. Ils ont accès à toute information par l’intermédiaire des organes de représentation.
c) Être entendus avant l’adoption de mesures disciplinaires à leur encontre et être informés des faits qui donnent lieu à ces mesures, ainsi que des motifs de la résolution qui, le cas échéant, impose la sanction.
d) Contester les résolutions des organes de l’Association qu’ils estiment contraires à la loi ou aux statuts.
e) Connaître les Statuts et les règlements et règles de fonctionnement approuvés par les organes de l’Association. De même, ils ont le droit d’obtenir une copie des statuts en vigueur et du règlement intérieur de l’Association, le cas échéant.
f) Consulter les livres de l’Association.

Art. 9. Causes de sortie de l’Association
Les causes de sortie de l’Association sont les suivantes
a) La volonté propre de l’intéressé, communiquée par écrit aux organes de représentation.
b) Après deux ou plus de deux cotisations impayées, l’Association est annulée.

CHAPITRE III.- L’ORGANE DE DIRECTION
Art. 11 L’Assemblée générale
L’Assemblée Générale est l’organe suprême de l’Association, composée de tous les membres dans leur droit inaliénable et en égalité absolue, qui adopte ses résolutions selon le principe de la majorité ou de la démocratie interne.
Tous les membres sont soumis aux résolutions de l’Assemblée générale, y compris les absents, les dissidents et ceux qui, bien que présents, se sont abstenus de voter.
Art. 12 Réunions de l’Assemblée
L’Assemblée générale se réunit en session ordinaire au moins une fois par an, au cours du premier trimestre.
La forme de la réunion peut être : En face à face, par Skype ou par vidéoconférence.
L’Assemblée générale se réunit extraordinairement chaque fois que cela est nécessaire, à la demande d’un nombre de membres représentant au moins dix pour cent du nombre total des membres.

L’élection des membres de l’organe représentatif se fait au scrutin libre et secret des membres de l’Assemblée générale. Les candidatures seront ouvertes, c’est-à-dire que tout membre pourra se présenter, étant des conditions essentielles : être majeur, avoir le plein usage des droits civils et ne pas encourir les motifs d’incompatibilité établis dans la législation en vigueur, étant élus pour les postes de Président, Secrétaire et Trésorier les candidats qui auront obtenu le plus grand nombre de voix et dans cet ordre.
Les fonctions de Président et de Secrétaire doivent être exercées par des personnes différentes.
